Privacy
Data use on iPhone, Android and this website depends on the app version you use.
Account
Supabase stores your email, name and account ID for sign-in. Email/password sign-in sends your password to Supabase Auth, which stores a password hash, not plaintext. Apple or Google sign-in does not require an app password.
Your routine
Your plan and preferences are stored on your device. Usage events do not contain workout content.
Purchases
Apple/Google handle purchases. RevenueCat receives account/purchase IDs, email/name when available, and subscription status.
App usage
Versions with collection enabled send signed-in events, screens, actions and active time to our API.
Usage details
Events include random installation/session IDs, platform, and app/OS versions, linked to your account.
Retention
Usage events follow a 30-day retention policy. That period does not cover sign-in logs, IP addresses, city, country, or purchase records.
Account deletion
In app Settings, choose Delete account. To request deletion without the app, email hello@workouttogo.com. Deleting your account removes your Supabase account and its usage records.

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel them separately with Apple or Google.
This website
Vercel counts website page views. For privacy questions, email hello@workouttogo.com.
Registration data
Registration records include account ID, platform, app version and campaign fields: UTM labels, host and path.
Security logs
Sign-in logs keep your account ID, IP address, and user agent (app or browser details). Edge logs keep the city and country derived from that IP address. We use these logs to run and secure the service.
What deletion does not erase
Account deletion does not automatically erase sign-in logs, edge logs with city and country, backups, the RevenueCat customer record, or store purchase records.
